Hello Neighbors!

I want to help my neighbors who live in St. Johns and whom may not otherwise have the means or ability.  I would like to offer the service of pressure washing your front steps and walkway for free.  For those who are senior citizens, active-duty military, Veterans, or those with a disability, I will be doing this service on the following upcoming Fridays, 1/3 and 1/10.  There will be a limited number of homes I can service, so availability will be on a first come first served basis. If this seems like a service you would like, but don't qualify for, there will be an option to pay for this service. The price ranges are a general idea of what the service will cost and should most likely apply.  I look forward to helping out as many of my neighbors as I can! 

Due to liability issues, I won't be able to work on homes that are considered rentals.  If you are a renter, I would encourage you to contact your landlord for this type of service. Those who submit the form will be added to our e-mail list. E-mailed once or twice a year with an update or offer from Gene Darco Painting. E-mail won't be shared. Must have a working water source.
